- If ordering online or via delivery apps, please include allergy notes AND call the restaurant directly to confirm.

3. No Guarantee of Allergen-Free Dishes
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee any dish will be completely free of allergens due to:
- Shared preparation areas
- Use of traditional sauces and ingredients
- Cross-contact in fryers and cooking surfaces
We do not assume liability for allergic reactions. Guests with severe allergies should exercise caution or consider alternative dining options.

4. Ingredient Transparency
- We are happy to discuss ingredient lists and potential allergens.
- Guests may request sauces or toppings on the side when possible.
- We will offer substitutions where feasible but cannot accommodate all requests.

5. Staff Training & Protocols
- Our staff is trained to identify and communicate food allergy concerns to the kitchen.
- When possible, separate utensils and gloves will be used to minimize cross-contact.
- However, our kitchen is not allergen-free, and we cannot guarantee full allergen isolation.
